Just show up! Group exercise class schedules are available online and at your local club. Our classes are taught with all fitness levels in mind. Feel free to go at your own pace or challenge yourself to a great workout.

HomeTown Fitness offers a variety of group exercise classes to meet all fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or expert try a class such as Kick Box Cardio, Spinning, or Pilates just to name a few.
Our fitness staff is available to answer most questions regarding the use of our equipment. For specific instruction and one on one training contact our personal training department for assistance. Every new HomeTown member receives a 60 min personal training session for free with their membership.
You may do so at your local club. Our fitness counselors will be able to assist you with rates and any specials currently offered to help you add a family member to your account.
Yes, you may request a guest pass to the club from this website. With the guest pass you will receive a club tour and the pass will allow you access to all of the club’s amenities. You may bring as many guests as you like. If it is a guest's first time, the pass is FREE.
You can join the club and add family members. You may update billing and address information, pay your balance, and view payment history. If you have a personal training membership you may look at your workout history.
You may freeze your membership for up to 3 months, for no charge. All frozen memberships will resume monthly billing automatically after the 3rd month. Memberships can only be frozen once per calendar year. Appropriate paperwork is necessary and must be completed at the front desk.
Cross training has been used by the sedentary, elderly, professional athletes, firefighters, law enforcement, military, and everyone in between. Cross training is for anyone who is serious becoming more fit, whether their goal is to live a longer healthier life, improve athlete training, or be better prepared for their job. Cross training is entirely scalable; volume, weight, and intensity can all be adjusted to meet your current level of fitness. The workouts are tough, but keep in mind that all are at the prescribed level, and anyone who is new to cross training will start off with scaled workouts.
