HomeTown Fitness offers a variety of group exercise classes to meet all fitness levels. Our group exercise classes are taught with all fitness levels in mind. Feel free to go at your own pace or challenge yourself to a great workout.
Blast fat and tone with this intense strength workout! Core Control will include stability ball, bosu, weights and a variety of other training techniques to target not only your midsection, but your entire body.
Build lean muscle mass while you strengthen all of the major muscle groups. A diversified workout guaranteed to get your muscles moving. This class will use a variety of strength training techniques and a wide array of equipment to take your workout to the next level.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
Is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.
HTF Run Club
Run Hometown Run! The official running group that will conquer your goal of running your first 5k, being your last 5k time to running your first marathon. We will talk about running trechnique, stretching, strength training, hydration, and anything else you have questions on.
It is a short duration of high intensity exercise followed by a brief rest. In 16 minutes, you will receive the aerobic benefit that running on a treadmill for 45 minutes would provide PLUS you get the anaerobic benefits of strength, speed and power. In addition, the high intensity will continue to burn extra calories for up to 24 hours. It is simply the fastest way to fitness and fat loss.
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked.
Class consists of a full body warm-up, and progresses into teaching the foundation kettle bell lifts (swing, squat pull, clean, snatch, dead lift, press and the Turkish Get Up). Proficiency in these foundation lifts will ensure your success in losing body fat, increasing your strength, correcting strength imbalances and overall general fitness. Classes also include a conditioning segment guaranteed to get your heart rate up and melt body fat while building a solid foundation in form and technique.

Split time on a stationary spin bike workout to music. Along with intense core and strengthening exercises.
If you don’t want to be a statistic, consider attending this class the 1st Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. This class will review basic anatomy of your back, plus how to use proper body mechanics whether doing work at home or lifting at the gym. Learn how to protect your back with specific strengthening and flexibility exercises.
